In an interview with the ParisianFlavie, Valentin’s suitor in Love is in the meadow 2024, confided in her cancer. “My life is like roller coaster. In one year, more things happened to me than in my entire life.” she confides.
The young woman participated in the filming of season 19 of L’amour est dans le pré on M6. During filming, she learned of her illness. “I would like my story to have a vocation of prevention. Trust yourself, and go see a doctor if you have any doubts about your health. Even young people, no one is safe.”
A suitable shoot for Flavie?
Flavie learned of her cancer during the filming of the show. “It’s a show that is not written, the vagaries of life fall on us, the prettiest and the least. And we adapt.” explains Gabriella Mather, the producer. “This story is a life lesson for everyone who deserves to be told. And Flavie gave the lead, she is“incredible strength.”
After examinations, her doctor contacted her in the middle of filming: “I had a sarcoma (a malignant cancerous tumor that begins in the soft tissue cells of the body). I got myself collapsedthe oncologist immediately told me that there would be chemo.“ However, the filming was adapted after a phone call with the producer: “If they wanted to film me in good shape, it was necessary to bring forward the filming dates from the moment Valentin meets my family and friends.” Something done in addition to the support of the host, Karine le Marchand.
Flavie was able to count on Valentin
The farmer Valentin supported Flavie in this ordeal: “I won’t let you down. I’m not like that.“ did he respond to her when he was diagnosed with cancer, when the suitor told him that she would understand if he had afraid of the situation. The 26-year-old explained his choice: “I didn’t ask myself the question of leaving or staying. We always have hard blows in life. You have to get over it. Flavie was strong.”
