Rost with an open heart in Face à Hanouna
This Sunday, November 10, 2024, it was the turn of Rost to make his entrance onto the set. And the rapper took the opportunity to discuss a poignant subject: the terrible tragedy that struck Mathéo, 19, beaten and left for dead after a nightclub outing, his phone and wallet almost having been stolen. A shock that the artist whose the son would have been the victim of a similar attack a few days ago.
“Last weekend, my son was killed in the same way. [Il a] broken nose, completely smashed head, ribs [aussi]by two security guards from a box [de nuit] in Caen where there are regular problems of violence with security guards“, he confided in front of the C8 cameras before adding: “And when you find your child (…) bleeding like that, massacred in that way, I don't know how long it will take me to get over this. (…) I can understand the anger of the people who experience it and it doesn't necessarily only happen in the Paris region.“.
A complaint filed
Surprised by these confidences, Cyril Hanouna therefore pushed the rapper to say more. According to Rost, the events took place during a night out on the occasion of a friend's birthday.
His son, not feeling “not good“, would have wanted to leave the premises to get some fresh air. Unfortunately, the security guards would not have let him do so. They would have blocked his way by asking him to rephrase his request more politely.
One of them even slapped him. It was then that the situation would have degenerated. “There, the other one catches him and throws him outside and his friend comes and says to him: 'Next time, you will say please son of a bitch'. (…) They jumped on him and smashed him to the ground in pairs“, he explained.
Rost concluded his story by specifying that a complaint would have been filed. A very dark affair…
