Since the start of the school year, Flavie Flament has hosted the “Télématin” morning show with Julien Arnaud. An exercise that she describes.
« Telematin » returned to school last September with a brand new team. Now Flavie Flament and Julien Arnaud wake up viewers with their guests from 6:30 a.m. Guest on the set of “ C the weekly », Flavie Flament explains how she got used to this new rhythm of life.
To Aurélie Casse, she explains how waking up at 3:30 a.m. works: “ It actually seemed really difficult to me at first, but in reality, it's going quite well. ». « There are six alarm clocks but I think that's the lot of everyone who gets up super early in the morning. And what's more, we shouldn't miss a live show because it's still a super important event. It sometimes prevents me from sleeping in the evening, at 8 p.m. I go to bed and say to myself: “Tomorrow, I absolutely have to be able to wake up on time” “, she confides.
She adds that she has no particular remedy: “ It's like everyone's mornings, except earlier. I've shifted my days, it's a different rhythm, quite simply “. But in addition to waking up, you also have to agree with the rest of the family or those around you: “ It's something that those around you don't necessarily understand, in fact, it's stress. Going to bed becomes stressful because we are afraid. We know that minutes of sleep count », explains Flavie Flament.
By going to bed so early, she admits that she has “ little social life, but it's a choice “. Without taboo, she adds: “ But that doesn't stop me from living on weekends, eating, drinking, making love. I do everything on the weekend that I don't do during the week! »
