The new pastry teacher sparks debate

New pastry teacher Alice Wizberg, she replaces Zacharie Landiras during the Coupe de France event. She taught in Lille in the Cardone school.
The new teacher is weird, she can’t stand the noise of the earthenware. Carla tells Rose that when Alice speaks she sounds like a GPS, a cyborg… in 2 hours of lessons, she hasn’t blinked once.

Rose and Clotilde organize a little welcome drink for Alice: she doesn’t want a drink or a handshake. She has been working with Cardone since May 6, 2023.

The French Cup is getting ready

Cardone asks Salomé, Malik and Kelly to withdraw from the French Cup. If they go to Brittany, Cardone will kick them out of the Auguste Armand Institute. Kelly and Salomé hold on while Malik withdraws.
Maya asks Salomé and Kelly to join the brigade. Salomé is afraid for her friend, but she accepts. Kelly thinks they need a real girl.

Antoine tells Kelly that it would be a shame if she missed out on her diploma. Kelly is ready to do anything to go to the Coupe de France even if Laetitia disapproves.
Antoine calls Teyssier but gets his answering machine all the time. Pénélope encourages Antoine to leave a message for Emmanuel: he tells him that he misses him…and he ends the call quickly by hanging up.

Teyssier trains his team: Maya / Salomé and Kelly in his kitchen. He wants synchronization and communication.

Jasmine and Jim are looking for a clerk, Malik decides to introduce himself…he is ready to take his revenge on Maya who has joined Salomé and Kelly.

Antoine arrives at Emmanuel’s house, he rings the doorbell. Antoine asks Teyssier if he got his message, the latter tells him no. Antoine is ready to leave…Teyssier laughs and makes him listen to “I miss you Emmanuel”. Teyssier tells him that the message made him happy, he doesn’t blame him for the vote… he knows he had no choice.
Antoine talks to Teyssier about Cardone’s desire to fire Kelly and Salomé: Teyssier tells him that they have an obligation to win. Antoine wishes him good luck.

Jasmine and Kelly explain…Jasmine promises that there will be no low blows. They shake hands “may the best win”.
Cardone tastes a training dish from Jasmine and her squad. She finds it passable. She tells him that she must do better to win the French Cup. If she loses, she can say goodbye to her school diploma.
