On April 11, 2024, TF1 viewers discovered a new heroine in the already well-stocked sphere of detective fiction. But with Miss Holmesthe private channel went further by trying to dust off the world-famous myth of Sherlock Holmes. Carried by Lola Dewaere (Charlie), and Tom Villa (Samy), the six-episode series played the police comedy card to the fullest, thanks to a duo of explosive investigators, tasty investigations, a hint of mystery and above all a lot of humor. Result, counting the audience on D+7, this first season of three evenings was followed on average by 4.9 million viewers, and 25% market share. Very nice scores which pushed TF1 to make a decision…
Miss Holmes : TF1 formalizes the filming of season 2! (SPOILER)
Indeed, in a press release, TF1 formalizes the upcoming filming of a new round of episodes. New adventures which should be an opportunity to learn more about the consequences of Charlie’s (Lola Dewaere) action in the last episode of season 1, but also to see how the relationship between the two shock investigators will evolve, and if George (Daniel Prévost) will manage to recover from his attack. We should also find Thomas Jouannet (Chris) and Alika del Sol (Florence). Although no filming date has been communicated, the previous season was filmed in spring 2023 in Loire Atlantique, but also in London.

If we should find Lola Dewaere in the fifth season ofAstrid and Raphaëlle on France 2., Thomas Jouannet will soon be showing a new detective fiction on France 3. River Brigade, its title, will follow the investigation of an intervention team when the car of a young archaeologist is found in the Loire. A unitary in which we will also find Roby Schinasi, Roxane Turmel, Matéo Paitel, and Ibrahim Koma, who played the role of Zacharie in Under the sun. The latter was able to find someone he knew well.
