This Monday, April 29, in Top Chef, Arnaud, Bryan and Jorick were brought together for the Restaurant war. And the test was a real battle for them!
This week, the nine candidates still in the running faced each other in the legendary test of “The Restaurant War”. In 48 hours, they had to create a restaurant from A to Z. For this anniversary season, the candidates had to attract a unique and exceptional jury. In addition to their brigade chefs and the famous culinary critic François-Régis Gaudry, they were also judged by those who know them best: their loved ones.
During the ordeal, Arnaud, Bryan and Jorick were faced with a power outage in the restaurant. as night begins to fall. “This is really shit! We can’t really move forward, we can’t see anything, and we still have a lot of things to do.”exclaims Bryan.
Fortunately, they managed to complete their preparations. Their theme of returning to childhood convinced the judges, but the menu was not unanimous. The candidates were therefore forced to keep the doors closed and were sent directly to the elimination round. having collected only 2 points out of 16.
The forest-themed restaurant of Clotaire, Marie and Pierre won over the judges with 9 points, followed by the restaurant of Valentin, Pavel and Quentin. And it is the latter who, after having their dishes tasted, won the long-awaited test: the restaurant war.
