She is a dietitian, content creator and recently author of a book. Saturday April 27, Zoé Vrignaud will be present at Leclerc in Challans (Vendée) between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to sign her book Zoe Cuisine.

It’s a special event for someone who lived for many years in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez. “We don’t release a book every day,” she explains to Courrier Vendéen. “I’m really looking forward to the book signing and seeing my book in other people’s hands,” she adds.
A first book
On social networks, the young woman is better known under the name Zoeladiet. She gives nutrition and sports advice every day to almost 400,000 subscribers on Instagram. She is also present on Tik Tok, Youtube and Facebook.
On April 17, she released her first book entitled Zoé Cuisine, published by Larousse. She shares her recipes classified by season. Something to enjoy all year round.
