In Luxembourg: Between life and death after a house fire

A house caught fire on Tuesday evening around 7 p.m., rue d’Asselborn in Troisvierges, the police said this Wednesday morning. When officers arrived, the occupants had already left the house.

But one of the residents of the scene was seriously injured, according to the police. His vital prognosis would be compromised. This person received first aid on site, before being transported to hospital. The technical police were tasked with the investigation to determine the causes of the incident.

According to the firefighters’ information bulletin, the disaster led to a large-scale emergency response, with the participation of the Troisvierges, Wiltz, Clervaux and Wincrange fire and rescue centers, an ambulance from Troisvierges and Air-Rescue. .
