To start this 14th day, San Giovanni traveled to Tortona with the aim of recovering 4th place. Elisa PENNA could not hold his place for the Giraffes of Tortona, while San Giovanni had to do without Beatrice BARBERIS in Marie CONTI. The meeting was also marked by the Polish woman’s exit due to injury, Anna MAKURAT (2 points). After 20 rather balanced minutes, Tortone cracked in the 2nd half by conceding 47 points. With a clear advantage in rebounds, San Giovanni was able to count on 16 points coming off the bench.Anastasia CONTE (2 rebounds, 8 assists). Tortona failed to keep pace and the final score was clear.

Famila Schio was not impressed by San Martino’s good form. Indeed, the partners of Dorka JUHASZ (18 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists) came into the match with great seriousness with an 18-8 after 10 minutes of play. The start of the 2nd quarter was devastating with a 10-0 against San Martino which was behind by 20 points (28-8). Anne SIMON (10 points, 5 rebounds) and her teammates were suffering and Schio did not leave a single crumb by continuing to press on until the end of the match. The Veneto province derby clearly turned in favor of Janelle SALAUN (17 points, 2 rebounds) and Schio.

The red lantern, Verona, welcomed Campobasso in a meeting where we saw Stefania TRIMBOLI (12 points, 8 assists) and her teammates created a real gap from the first quarter (8-28).
