Emmanuel Macron is sometimes “bruised” by “what he hears”, he deserves “respect”

During an interview conducted Wednesday January 8 on TF1on the occasion of the annual launch of Operation Yellow Pieces, Brigitte Macron was questioned about the Head of State, his relationship with the French, the dissolution or even his desire to complete his mandate.

Has he changed? “Changed, no. Let’s just say that sometimes what he hears hurts him. It’s very difficult. But he doesn’t say it. He keeps it for himself. Before, he spoke much more easily. Now he doesn’t say it. And I understand that. Because if there’s one thing Emmanuel deserves, it’s respect.”said Brigitte Macron.

The dissolution of the National Assembly, on which the president made his mea culpa during his New Year’s greetings? “I think that it is history which will ultimately give the meaning of this dissolution, whether it should be done or not done […] We have to see a little bit more. I think we are too much, sorry for this expression, with our noses to the handlebars”replied the wife of the head of state. “It’s not up to me to say what I think, I’ve never said it, I’ll never say it”she insisted.

, “land of plenty”

However, she added that she thought that the dissolution was part of the “factors” d’” anxiety “ which complicate the lives of the French, whom she says she feels “anxious” et “a little bit lost”. “They need meaning” car “everyday life is very difficult”estimated Brigitte Macron. “Where we talk about France best is when I travel: abroad, France seems a land of plenty where we have health, we have education, we are helped, we have everything”she reported.

Asked to say whether the head of state will be able to complete his mandate, she in turn brushed aside any hypothesis of resignation. “He said he was going through with it because that’s the mission the French gave him. And he cares so much about the French […]. He cares about absolutely everything and he puts all his intelligence, all his heart at the service of the French.”she assured.
