Thin and light, the portable PC Asus Vivobook 16 S1605ZA-MB150W benefits from fast SSD storage with a large capacity of 1 TB reinforcing its responsiveness, Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity as well as a webcam shutter. This Ultrabook with an elegant antimicrobial silver design that runs Windows 11 has a 16-inch Full HD IPS 16:9 screen. Antimicrobial Guard Plus treated to protect it against 99% of bacteria, this Ultrabook that opens 180° completely flat, certified to the American military robustness standard MIL-STD-810H, has an elegant and discreet look with its light silver Transparent Silver design.

The connectivity integrated into this laptop is good, including 1 USB-C, Wi-Fi 6 ax and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless modules for remote connections and communications, a useful HDMI video output to easily connect this PC to a TV or a monitor for example, an audio port but also 3 USBs compatible with both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, USB 3.0 guaranteeing transfers up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if you connect USB 3.0 devices.

What a shame, however, that the keyboard does not have a backlighting system.
On the other hand, those most concerned about their privacy will appreciate being able to hide the webcam behind a physical cover when they are not using it.

The Asus Vivobook 16 S1605ZA-MB150W is a 16-inch laptop PC designed for everyday use.

It offers a high storage capacity of 1000 GB thanks to its SSD on which you can store quantities of software and files.

Robust, energy efficient and quiet, an SSD is also fast to provide great responsiveness and fluidity on a daily basis.

On a daily basis, thanks to the SSD, it is quick to start/stop, launch applications, carry out processing or even access online game cards.

When it comes to gaming, however, you have to settle for light games since no dedicated graphics card is on board.
And that all the graphics are therefore entrusted to the care of the Iris Xe.

It is the Core i7-1255U which houses the Iris Xe, a low-consumption Intel Alder Lake processor with 10 hybrid cores supported here by a good amount of 16 GB RAM.

This provides good performance in everyday use, such as surfing the Internet and office use or even watching photos and videos.
But also to carry out light multimedia processing using multi-cores and RAM, such as light video conversions or photo editing.

As for the autonomy of this Ultrabook, whose transport is made easier by its thinness and controlled weight, count on around 6 hours of battery operation in light use.
Some people looking for a student laptop that does not need high battery life may be interested.
