Moissac. A more than positive result for “La Galaspo d’or”

Wednesday, December 4 at 2:30 p.m., at the cultural center, the seniors’ association “La Galaspo d’or” held its general meeting, in front of around a hundred people, which clearly shows the involvement of the members in the common success of this association. The president, Martine Lachèvre, opened the session by thanking Jérôme Pougnand, deputy mayor, and Arlette Cazorla, delegate for seniors, for their presence. But also all the volunteers who, over the last three years, have dynamically led the various activities. Without them, all these demonstrations could not take place. The agenda provided a complete overview of the activities for the year 2024, accompanied by the financial report for the same year. But the agenda provided for the renewal of the board of directors for the next three years. There are sixteen candidates who wanted to actively participate in the life of the association. This number clearly confirms the liveliness of this association. Remember that 217 members are members. All candidates received a unanimous vote from the assembly. It was then appropriate to proceed within this board of directors to the election of its office: president: Martine Lachèvre; vice-president: Genevieve Bozzo ; treasurer : Jean-François Tant; secretary : Beatrice Tant.

At the end of the session, Jérôme Pougnand thanked the members of the association for their actions. It was time for the snack that awaited the members present.
