The police custody of the accused in the quintuple murder committed on Saturday in Wormhout and Loon-plage was extended on Monday evening. The 22-year-old young man must be brought before an investigating judge this Tuesday.
“The investigations led by the Dunkirk public prosecutor’s office, and entrusted to the organized and specialized crime division of the interdepartmental service of the judicial police of the North, are continuing,” specifies Charlotte Huet, Dunkirk prosecutor who requested the extension of the custody of view of the accused this Monday evening.
He will be transferred before an investigating judge this Tuesday.
Solidarity is organized after the quintuple murder in Dunkirk.
A white march brought together 200 people on Monday evening in Dunkirk on the sidelines of the football match between the USLD and Caen. A tribute to the victims and in particular to Aurélien Cugny, supporter of the USLD.
Another white march should be organized this Wednesday afternoon in Loon-Plage.
Several online prize pools were also launched by employees of the security company in which Marc Lehmus and Aurélien Cugny worked.
