(CercleFinance.com) – Louis Hachette Group today announces the admission to trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth (Paris).
This is a first major step for Louis Hachette Group following the successful spin-off of the Vivendi group.
This new company brings together the assets previously held by Vivendi SE in publishing, distribution and media, i.e. a 66.53% stake in Lagardère SA and 100% in Prisma Media.
