A fire occurred in the dining room of a house at 34, rue du Docteur-Tremblin, in Carrouges (Orne), on the evening of Tuesday December 10, 2024. The firefighters were called at 7 p.m. to to intervene.
The destroyed living room
By 7:55 p.m., the fire was out. There were no injuries and the fire did not spread, but the living room was destroyed and the house was damaged by the smoke, leading to the resident's rehousing by his family.

The emergency intervention ended at 9:30 p.m. Eighteen firefighters from the Carrouges, La Ferté-Macé and Rânes emergency centers intervened.
