Will the RN vote for a motion of censure? Yes, if “the purchasing power of the French is reduced”, threatens Le Pen

“It’s a red line. And if indeed this red line is exceeded, well we will vote for censure” in the event that the government resorts to 49-3 to try to have its budget adopted, affirmed the leader of the RN deputies on RTL.

The vote on this motion of censure would take place in the second half of December when the government will resort to 49.3, as is likely due to lack of a majority, to try to have the state budget adopted without a vote.

“We were not listened to”

If the RN and the left jointly vote for this motion, then the government will be overthrown. The RN does not intend to table or vote on a motion of censure on other texts (end of 2024 management and Social Security budget) which could be adopted by 49.3 before the State finance bill for 2025 , she clarified.
