A trial already postponed twice

The man was arrested in mid-March before appearing, for the first time, before the judge on April 23. The trial was ultimately postponed until the end of June so that the suspect could prepare his defense.

On June 26, the court decided once again to postpone the hearing until Wednesday, October 2, due to the large number of cases that must be examined during the day and so that the case is judged in “good manners.” terms”.
