this enormous stress which prevents him from sleeping peacefully…

This Saturday, November 9, Flavie Flament was invited on the set of C L'Hebdo, and recounted her daily life as an early riser as a host on Télématin.

Flavie Flament, who has taken over as queen of the show since the start of the school year, was invited to the set of C L'Hebdo this Saturday, November 9. She was alongside Gérard Jugnot, who explained the circumstances in which he learned of the death of Michel Blanc.

Since September, Flavie Flament has been working for the Télématin show on France 2 from 6:30 a.m. alongside Julien Arnaud. The host was therefore invited to take stock of these first two months as a (very) early riser. This allowed him to share his routine with guests and columnists.

A “galvanizing” new life

The host first expressed her feelings on his new life“, that she seems to adore:
“I like this new life prodigiously. […] She is very different. She is galvanizing and demanding”, she explained, before indicating that she got up every day at 3:30 a.m.

A new rhythm to which Flavie Flament has had to get used to, and which sometimes prevents her from sleeping soundly, for fear of missing a live broadcast : “It's the lot of everyone who wakes up super early in the morning. And what's more, we can't miss a live broadcast. It sometimes prevents me from sleeping when at 8 p.m. I go to bed, I say to myself that I really need to be able to wake up on time.”

Flavie Flament “Going to bed becomes stressful”

The host subsequently explained that she had completely changed her life to adapt to this new rhythm.
: “You know, it's like everyone's mornings except that it's earlier. I shifted my days […]
Going to bed becomes stressful because we are afraid, we know that the minutes of sleep count”, she declared.

Flavie Flament then joked about the fact that, despite the fact that she can do fewer things during the week, she makes up for it on the weekend : “We have little social life. It’s a choice too. […] But that doesn't stop me from enjoying the weekend, from living, from eating, from drinking, from making love. I do all weekend, what I don’t do during the week.”
