The program “Le Jour du Seigneur” will be broadcast live on France 2 from Lourdes this Sunday

The “Lord's Day”, the oldest broadcast of the PAF, will be broadcast live from the Basilica of the Rosary of Lourdes, on the occasion of the closing mass of the plenary assembly of the bishops of France.

For the magazine at 10:30 a.m., David Milliat will receive live Mgr Éric de Moulins-Beaufort, president of the Conference of Bishops of France (CEF). This interview will focus on the major themes that animate this autumn plenary assembly: the synod, the role of scouting, the fight against violence, and the preservation of religious heritage. As the end of his mandate approaches, the bishop will also take stock of his years at the head of the CEF, marked in particular by the management of sexual abuse within the Church…

Then, at 11 a.m., the closing mass of the plenary assembly will be broadcast live from the Notre-Dame du Rosaire basilica in Lourdes. Mgr Éric de Moulins-Beaufort, archbishop of Reims and president of the CEF, will preside over the mass and deliver the homily.

Finally, at 11:55 a.m., Philippe Le Guillou, writer, will be today's guest in “Unexpected Word”.
