Fifty years later.
Day for day. Evelyne and Jean-Claude Coudé met in front of Yves Chasles, mayor of Mauron (Morbihan), to remember November 2, 1974, the day of their wedding.
Surrounded by their family and in particular their daughters Sonia and Aurélie, as well as granddaughters Louise and Léonie, they relived this crucial moment with emotion.
A couple invested in local life
Evelyne joined from the creation of the Belleteste sewing factory in Mauron and remained there for 44 years as a mechanic.
Jean-Claude was a welder at Armor Inox. The mayor highlighted Jean-Claude Coudé's investment in the town. Joined the Mauron rescue center in 1975, he was the center head from 1998 to 2011.
And he got involved in 2014 by becoming a municipal councilor. THE Mauron firefighters did not forget to come and greet him as he left the town hall with the first truck on which he served.
