After finishing first in the Shanghai stage, second in the Incheon stage, and new leader in Singapore, the 22-year-old swimmer will pocket an additional 31,000 euros (11,000 euros for a first place, 9,000 for a second ).

Also, the TOEC Dauphins licensee won several bonuses offered by World Aquatics, whose overall prize pool for this competition is 1.1 million euros. By winning three crowns, Léon Marchand earned the right to a reward of 27,300 euros (9,100 euros for each hat-trick achieved). His world record in the 200m medley will also give him a bonus of 9,100 euros. In total, the four-time Olympic champion will leave his Asian tour with a nest egg of nearly 160,000 euros (158,400 according to calculations).
