From 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., several organizations have set up stands to present their services and support students with the administrative procedures they may encounter on a daily basis.
Among the participants in this day were the Crous, the Paje, the Agglomeration, the CAF as well as Crédit Agricole. Each structure offered a range of varied information, adapted to the specific needs of students. The Crous particularly highlighted its student housing assistance services, university catering and scholarships based on social criteria. La Paje, for its part, focused on local aid available for young workers, as well as personalized support in the search for internships or first jobs.
The Agglomeration provided information on transport solutions and cultural infrastructures accessible to young people in the region. CAF addressed the procedures for housing allowance, a crucial subject for students who are moving away from home for the first time. Finally, Crédit Agricole presented adapted banking offers, including accounts with reduced fees and financing solutions for those seeking to best manage their finances during their studies.
In addition to information, goodies were distributed, an effective way to capture the attention of students and reinforce the visibility of each service. The objective of this day was to make these essential services more accessible to students, who are often faced with complex procedures or scattered information. The physical presence of these organizations on campus made it possible to directly answer students’ questions and provide them with clear explanations.
