In Octeville: temperature of 9 degrees, southerly wind blowing up to 65 km/h.

The day unfolds under a very cloudy sky, accompanied by scattered rain or light showers.
The heaviest rainfall totals can be around 15 millimeters in the Rouen metropolitan area.
At the end of the morning, south to southwest wind generally quite strong; then weakening. Gusts reaching 85 km/h locally.
Maximum temperatures: between 9 and 11 degrees.
For next night:
A few banks of fog are present in the evening on the Pointe de Caux and the Le Havre area. They dissipate and the sky is cloudy. The clouds bring a few showers, especially in the second part of the night.

For the night: A few showers are possible, in the first part of the night, in the western half of the department. Then, the weather conditions improve with a partly starry sky.
