The National Lottery Management Company (SGLN) is entering a new phase in its strategic management. The Board of Directors, meeting on January 8, 2025, appointed Hatim Seffar as the new Chairman and CEO.
This appointment reflects an evolution in the company’s governance, merging the functions of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for more integrated management.

Hatim Seffar brings solid and diversified expertise acquired within the CDG group, where he held several key positions. He successively managed the Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and CDG Foundation divisions, consolidating his know-how in strategic areas. Since 2023, he has also chaired the Moroccan Institute of Directors, where he has distinguished himself by his commitment to good governance practices.

His career spans several sectors, combining financial, institutional and associative experiences. Among his notable achievements is his involvement in the financing of microcredits through JAÏDA, an initiative aimed at supporting small-scale projects.
