The defendant was in fact not his first feat of arms. “He had already been convicted on several occasions, notably for acts of death threats against a person holding public authority and death threats against a firefighter,” specifies the prosecution.

As part of this new sentence, he will also be prohibited from having contact with the doctor and from appearing in his office for the duration of his suspended sentence, upon his release from prison.
