Uma Thurman joins the universe of Dexter. After playing in Pulp Fiction and killed Bill for Quentin Tarantino, the actress is announced in the casting of the new spin-off series on Dexter Morgan, played by Michael C. Hall, who raged from 2006 to 2013 in the fiction imagined by Jon Manos Jr. While Dexter : Original Sinwhich looks back on the serial killer’s young years, will be broadcast from February 6 on Canal+, a second spin-off is in preparation. In this new series, which began filming at the beginning of January, Uma Thurman will play Charley, the head of security for the mysterious billionaire Leon Prater. A former special operations officer, Charley held various high-level private security positions before assuming her position as Prater’s resourceful and meticulous right-hand man, details the Deadline website. The actress will star alongside David Zayas, who plays Angel Batista, James Remar, who plays Harry Morgan and Jack Alcott, aka Dexter’s son, Harrison Morgan.
A Trinity Killer prequel in the works
Broadcast from June 2025, this new series derived from Dexter will allow fans to wait while waiting for another project which was confirmed in 2023, but which has still not seen the light of day: the prequel series about the Trinity Killer, this father of the family and serial killer played by John Lithgow . Last December, Deadline reported that the script, written in the spring “pendant” the filming ofOriginal Sin is finished.
