EDIT : The two children were found safe and sound. The alert was lifted around 9:30 p.m., an hour and a half after it was triggered. The father was arrested.
The kidnapping alert was triggered this Monday evening following the disappearance of two young children. Mohammed, 5, and Nassim, 3, were both kidnapped from the street in Fourmies (North), Monday around 1:10 p.m.

Both children have brown eyes and black hair. Mohammed is 110 cm tall, dressed in a black and white coat, a black hat, black jeans and black sneakers. Nassim is 70 cm tall, dressed in gray jeans, a brown coat, a beige hat with “teddy” ears and black sneakers.
The father suspected of the kidnapping
According to the Ministry of Justice, the suspect could be the father, a North African man, measuring 1.65 m, with brown eyes, short black hair, and a growing beard. Aged 38, he is wearing a navy blue down jacket, black pants, black sneakers and a gray neck warmer. He allegedly fled in a light gray Audi A3 vehicle with registration BD-761-QQ.
