A study carried out by Sociovision (Ifop) for Vittel shows that more than one in two French people lack vitality. And vitality is important, for 59% of French people questioned it is first mental well-being and for 52% physical well-being. And, unfortunately, 53 % 25 – 65 year olds are stressed and tired.
Tiredness at the start of the week
Despite two days of weekend where it is possible to rest, to clear one’s mind and therefore to recover one’s strength, the lack of vitality would be especially present at the start of the week. More than half of those surveyed need to revitalize themselves upon waking up and after lunch. Young people aged 25 to 34 are the most affected by this phenomenon with 57% of them. 62% say they often feel tired and 63% stressed.
Vitality, a quality!
The study shows that vitality is considered a quality to be cultivated for 72% of French people, with the need to feel good in their head and in their body. The need for physical vitality is particularly important for those aged 55 – 65.
