This Ryzen 5 7400F is priced at 849 RMB or around $116. This price suggests a selling price of around $100 in other markets before adding local taxes. It is positioned as AMD’s most accessible AM5 option.

This processor offers 6 physical cores and 12 logical cores. It comes from the Zen 4 architecture. It offers a base frequency of 3.7 GHz, which can go up to 4.7 GHz in boost mode. The chip retains the 32 MB of L3 cache that characterizes its predecessors, while displaying a moderate TDP of 65 W. Unlike the Ryzen 5 7500F, which was reserved for OEMs and system builders, this 7400F will be directly accessible to consumers via the channels traditional distribution channels.
