Martin Luther King, a dream assassinated

Some will see an irony: Donald Trump’s inauguration takes place today, on Martin Luther King Day, a holiday in honor of the black Baptist pastor.

Born January 15, 1929, he was the principal leader of the African-American civil rights movement. On April 4, 1968, five years after his historic speech “ I have a dream “, King was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee. Even today, many people see it not as the solitary and racist act of James Earl Ray, a young white fugitive convicted of this murder, but as a political conspiracy.
