While everything was going well at half-time and they should have even led by two goals, the RAAL completely lost track in the second half. The RSCA Futures take a deserved point at the Tivoli, and the Wolves go on to a third share.
Clearly, there has been a lot of talk about smoke bombs in the Hennuyer stadiums recently: a week after the interruption at Mambourg, the Tivoli was also lit up to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Green Boys, the Louviérois ultras.
Result: not even a minute of play… and everyone sent to the locker room. It is therefore difficult to blame this interruption, but the fact remains that the Wolves are caught cold: Ibrahim Kanaté, new recruit from RSCA Futures, drops off his opposite number and finds Milan Robberechts (5th, 0-1). The RAAL shakes off quite quickly: a superb ball from Camara finds Gobitaka towards the right, who crosses to Momo Guindo. The former Neerpede player did not hesitate to score 1-1 against his training club (12th).
On a pitch which does not facilitate the Anderlecht game, the RAAL will gain the upper hand: Schlieck must pull out all the stops from a corner (18th), and a Louviers goal is canceled for an offside by Belkheir (30th). Taking advantage of a moment of absence from Vroninks, Jordi Liongola will send a splendid curling shot to put La Louvière in control (43rd, 2-1), and the score could even have been heavier at the break without new saves from Schlieck and a slat from Belkheir (45th).
-The RAAL disappears in the second half
A break which would have done the Wolves all the more good as they will be absolutely unrecognizable in the second half. Faced with an unleashed Kanaté and Tajaouart, in particular, they will suffer with a Peano already forced to make a big stop in the 50th, but finally beaten by Robbie Ureopportunist (53rd, 2-2).
Kanaté and Tajaouart will again alert Peano, before a small event: the entry into the game of Amadou Diawara, missing in 2024 but reinstated in the Futures for the first time this season (60th). The Guinean will come back particularly well, playing the role of metronome to perfection against a RAAL that is admittedly unrecognizable. Belkheir, then Maës will play it a little too solo, before Guindo misses the mark (76th).
Despite a slight improvement in the last quarter of an hour, brought in particular by the entrants, the winning goal will not fall for the RAAL – nor for the Futures, who nevertheless take a good point at the Tivoli. They will have dominated the second half, but will be content with that. La Louvière, for which this is the third sharing in a row, not really…
