Neymar’s training club, Santos sent a video in which the AI used the voice of King Pelé, who died in 2022, to convince the striker to return.
Not retained by Al-Hilal, Neymar will leave Saudi Arabia in June after two years of an absolute fiasco. Recruited for €90 million from PSG in 2023, the 32-year-old Brazilian striker earned €100 million in salary for 24 months to almost never play, just to promote the kingdom in preparation for the 2034 World Cup. Even the leaders of his club ended up getting tired, to the point of not including him on the lists for the second part of the current season.
Neymar would have one wish for the rest of his adventures: to sign at Inter Miami with his former Barcelona friends, Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Luis Suarez. Except that the Florida club cannot afford to recruit a new player with a big salary. The Brazilian would have two other touches in MLS but, each time, his emoluments would pose a problem, especially since he does not seem decided to revise them downwards.

But the Brazilian media O Globo assures that Santos has joined the dance. To convince the player he trained to return to the fold, the Sao Paulo club used major means: it asked artificial intelligence to take Pelé’s voice to ask him to come back, in a video which told him has been sent! Neymar has never stopped saying that he wants to end his career where it all began for him. He also claimed to be a fan of Flamengo, but the most popular club in Brazil does not want to recruit him. Knowing that he is 32 years old and that it has been a long time now since he has displayed a high level, Ney will perhaps consider the offer from his training club…
