Sofia Goggia en favorite
Thirteen months before the 2026 Olympics, planned on this magnificent Tofane track, Sofia Goggia announced the color. Big favorite of this race, with her teammate Federica Brignone, Bomba made the difference at the end.
Starting like a plane, but no faster than the Norwegian Kajsa Vickhoff Lie, always comfortable on this track, Goggia will take all the risks in the second part of the race and go into rocket mode.
Once launched, the Italian and world speed star is almost unbeatable, which was the case this morning. Sofia Goggia won for the 4th time in her career on this track and bagged the 26th success of her career, the 19th in downhill.
