The Bernese won by 10 hundredths of the Austrian Kriechmayr and celebrated the first success of his career. Stefan Rogentin completes the podium. Marco Odermatt is in seventh place.

The Lauberhorn race weekend is off to a flying start for the Swiss ski team! The young Bernese Franjo von Allmen had the best run of the day. The skier won ahead of the Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr (10 hundredths) and the Grison Stefan Rogentin (58 hundredths).
The other Swiss are not much further away: Marco Odermatt ranks in seventh place at 1’04”. Highly publicized in recent days, Friborg Alexis Monney occupies ninth place at 1’27”. The Romands, Justin Murisier and Loïc Meillard are ranked 14th and 22nd respectively. Coming back from injury, Arnaud Boisset is in 23rd place.
