Smith takes the podium again
Fanny Smith once again reaches the World Cup grand final at the Reiteralm. Like the day before, it was enough for second place.

-Second race on the Reiteralm, second podium for Fanny Smith, and same place as the day before. The 32-year-old Vaudois finished second again at the World Cup in Austria. In the grand final, Smith was narrowly defeated by Canadian winner India Sherret. The other two Canadians in the running, Hannah Schmidt and Brittany Phelan, fell after a duel.
Among the men, the Swiss had nothing to do with the decision. Romain Détraz, Marc Bischofberger and Tobias Baur have already failed in the round of 16. Victory went to Frenchman Youri Duplessis Kergomard. (attach)
