The results of the testimony that you were able to hear on our antenna on Wednesday: that of a Cameroonian national fighting against his will as a substitute for the Russian army in eastern Ukraine. He says he was duped after thinking of going to Russia on the promise of a job as a janitor at a military camp. This is also what happened to another Cameroonian national, whose wife has not heard from him since the end of July 2024. A man who left for Russia with the promise of reaching Poland. Due to lack of money, he signed a contract for military training, reluctantly sent on a mission after only a few weeks. Today, Linda, an assumed first name, wishes to raise awareness about this situation and denounce dubious intermediaries. She tells her story to François Mazet.
