McLaughlin, a seasoned professional in the coaching field, transitions from his role at Gretna East where he was both a track and field coach and assistant football coach. Before that, he honed his skills as an athletic trainer at Papillion-La Vista South, showing his versatile expertise in the sport.
A product of Millard West, McLaughlin was not only coached by his father, Dan, but also played football there before successfully transitioning to Wayne State after beginning his college journey at South Dakota. His extensive experience in the game gives him a unique perspective in developing talent and leading teams to success.
