Since 2024, Denis-Papin isletwhich forms a triangle delimited by rue Denis-Papin, rue du Commerce and rue des Trois-clefs in the hypercenter of Blois (Loir-et-Cher), is at the heart of a reconquest project. “The objective is to make a model of the city center of tomorrowby finding solutions to the problem degraded buildings et neglectedand the more specific one, unoccupied floors », Informs the municipality in a press release.
Several scenarios
In order to raise awareness among the general public (traders, residents, owners, users, etc.) of the various issues facing the block and with the aim of co-construction, the City regularly offers events. In this context, a participatory workshopis planned Thursday, January 16 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the CCI Campus.
The workshop will:
- To present several scenarios based on visions that make city center housing desirable, once the transformation of the block has been completed;
- To go beyond housing by also offering improvements to public space and the neighborhood;
- To evaluate collectively, with the participants, desirability criteriaof each of these proposals and to identify the qualities and defects of each of the scenarios.
