Start of fire quickly brought under control at Sainte-Claire school in Verviers
Shortly after 2 p.m., firefighters from the Vesdre, Hoëgne & Plateau Zone were called to a fire at the Saint-Claire school in Verviers.
The electrical fire was quickly brought under control by around twenty firefighters called to the scene. Fortunately, the building was unoccupied on Wednesday afternoon. If several rooms have been smoked, the damage is limited to the electrical installation.
