This week, the Nice Juvenile Assize Court returns to July 2019. It is trying a mother and her daughter, respectively 35 and 16 years old at the time of the facts, for the death of a 62-year-old lady.
The drama in question would have started with a heated altercation in a park in Les Moulins. Tensions between these residents of the neighborhood allegedly led to physical violence – kicking the sixty-year-old.
Found dead the next day by her daughter
After her hospitalization in Pasteur during the day, the lady was found dead at her home.
It was the day after the scene of violence that his body was discovered by his daughter, worried at not having heard from him for several hours.
The accused must answer for violence in a meeting leading to death without intention of causing it.
They can be sentenced to fifteen years of criminal imprisonment. (half less for the minor if the minority excuse is accepted).
