What is this circus tent installed at Place d’Armes in Lorient?

You may have wondered what this red marquee was installed a week ago on the Place d’Armes, in Lorient? This is the Trottola circus which stopped in Lorient for four performances of its show “Strano” in Lorient, a co-production of the Théâtre de Lorient and Bonaventure Gacon, companion artist. Places were snapped up, waiting lists were even set up. “Cirque Trottola, which has enjoyed phenomenal success for several years, is a circus of today which speaks to us with the codes and tradition of yesterday to better address the issues of our time. Trottola is grandiloquent and emotional on the edge of the heart,” explains the Théâtre de Lorient. The circus will pack up after its last performance, this Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 8 p.m.
