After his team’s 2-1 victory against Saint-Etienne, Luis Enrique surprised everyone at the DAZN microphone with his first interview in French. He remained very cautious in his comments, seeing his PSG “as usual”.
What did you think of Dembélé, a double scorer but who appeared disappointed at the end of the game?
“Nothing (in French!!) I am very, very happy with the victory but I don’t think anything (of Dembélé). »
Dembélé continues good performances and goals.
“Of course, but we are a team and a team that plays with all the players on the same level. And when a player like Ousmane Dembélé scores two goals, it’s important for us and it’s perfect. But at the same time, I think of all the players on the team and we are a team, all together. This is the most important thing for us. »
-What are PSG’s areas of improvement for the months to come, the things that didn’t please you and that you want to change?
“I think we played well, really, but I have to congratulate Saint-Etienne because they played very well: offensively, aggressively, I like the way they play and congratulations to them. »
But your team?
“As usual (smile)! I think that after the match, we can talk about PSG as usual. We look to win every game and we won. »
