To identify these chipolatas, simply check two information on the packaging. These have a GTIN code 3431521359716 and a batch number 00325. The expiration date indicated is January 17, 2025.

If this product was the subject of a product recall at Leclerc and others, it is because of a labeling issue. In fact, the chipolatas affected by this recall do not include important information such as the batch number and the expiration date (DLC).

The absence of these elements on a food product can represent a real risk for consumer safety. And for good reason, the DLC is also essential to guarantee that the product is consumed within the correct time frame.
