The transfer of the administrative city of Toulouse to Jolimont is coming to an end with a phase of installation of the first services at the beginning of 2025. The Regional Directorate of Public Finances of Occitanie and the department of Haute-Garonne will transfer two services there: the service personal taxes (SIP) and the corporate tax service. Here is the updated map.
Since the start of 2025, the move of the administrative city of Toulouse has been effective. The latter leads to a modification of the geographical sectors covered by the personal tax service (SIP) of Toulouse and, consequently, of four other SIPs: Balma, Colomiers, Saint-Alban and Toulouse Rangueil.

Public finances
For users attached to the Toulouse Cité SIP, they can continue to go to 17 ter boulevard Lascrosses in Toulouse until its move to Jolimont scheduled for early March 2025. This has no consequences on the processing of user requests.
A smooth transition
Also, to guarantee users that all their procedures are taken into account, public finance agents will be able to respond to requests, regardless of the user’s SIP. In fact, users will be able to continue to go to local reception centers (France services area, local departmental centers, town halls, etc.) and thus have a point of contact less than 30 minutes from their home.
