Amazon revealed a trailer for the third season of the series Reacherexpected for next February on Prime Video.
The third season of Reacher will be available on Prime Video on Thursday, February 20, 2025. The announcement was made this weekend at CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil, where Alan Ritchson, who plays the lead role, was present alongside Maria Sten (“Frances Neagley”) and Lee Child, executive producer and author of the Jack Reacher novels. This new eight-episode season will air weekly, with the first three episodes on February 20, then one episode each Thursday until March 27. Reacher will be broadcast exclusively on Prime Video in France and in more than 240 countries and territories around the world. After the success of the second season which was the most watched content on Prime Video in 2023, Reacher has already been renewed for a fourth season which will begin filming in 2025.
In this third season, based on the novel Persuader by Lee Child, Reacher falls into the heart of a vast criminal enterprise as he tries to save an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. He then discovers a world of secrecy and violence, and finds himself confronted with unresolved matters from his own past. The series stars Alan Ritchson in the lead role of “Jack Reacher”. Maria Sten reprises her role as “Frances Neagley”. Anthony Michael Hall, Sonya Cassidy, Brian Tee, Johnny Berchtold, Roberto Montesinos, Daniel David Stewart and Olivier Richters join the cast of this new season.
Based on the novels by Lee Child, Reacher is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television and CBS Studios. Reacher is written for television by Emmy Award-nominated Nick Santora (FUBAR, Prison Break), who also serves as executive producer and series director. Alan Ritchson also becomes executive producer, alongside Don Granger, Scott Sullivan, Mick Betancourt, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Matt Thunell for Skydance. Carolyn Harris and Kenny Madrid are series executives for Skydance Television.
