Tuesday January 7, 2025, around 7:45 a.m., on the four lanes Rennes-Redon (Ille-et-Vilaine), in height of Renac (Ille-et-Vilaine), the gendarmes and emergency services intervened in a traffic accident involving a single vehicle van type with trailer.
Accident in Ille-et-Vilaine: a man transported to hospital
According to the Redon gendarmerie companyit hit the central barrier before ending its journey on the right lane.
The incident caused the trailer that the driver, alone in his vehicle and aged around fifty, was towing to detach.
Traffic disrupted for three hours
For his part, the vehicle driver is stuck in his car. He had to be extricated by firefighters and transported to the Redon Hospital Center for examinations. Traffic was disrupted for almost three hours while the intervention took place.
