DIAWOYE DIARRA strengthens the Azur et Or attack

Born in Bamako, Mali, Diawoye arrived in Europe at the age of 16 at Ajax Amsterdam where he spent 2 seasons as a youth player, before joining FC in the National team at 18 for 2 seasons.

He then played for St Gratien (National 2) then Montceau les Mines (National 2). He will return to the National level with before signing for where he will stay for 4 seasons.

After a year at Louhans, he joined where he participated in the promotion to the National and where he notably scored 15 goals last season. He signed at the start of the 24/25 season at FC (National) and scored 6 goals in all competitions in 5 months.

“My family having remained in the South, I really wanted to leave Rouen to return to the region. I had been in contact with Sporting for a while and wanted to sign there but it never came to fruition. SC is a great club and I am happy to come and participate in the project, even during the season!

I have already played quite a few matches against Sporting, including some at Bon Rencontre, it really makes me happy to be able to wear the Azur et Or jersey! »

This left midfielder (or 9 and a half) will bring all his experience, his speed and his vision of the game to the Azur et Or attack.
