Chelsea and the transfer windows, it’s a great love story… To avoid missing out on the future gem, the English big name buys a multitude of players to loan them out straight away. The best stay and this is the case of Marc Guiu. Pilfered from Barça, the scorer of 19 is a hell of a promise and the Blues know it. Used in the Conference League last in the hierarchy in the Premier League (1 appearance), his future could raise questions. But obviously, Chelsea are not looking to replace him and are maintaining their confidence.
Maresca satisfied with Guiu
Before Crystal Palace – Chelsea, Enzo Maresca was asked about the possibility of Chelsea recruiting a new scorer this winter. “We have Marc Guiu, who is doing very well in the Europa Conference League. I haven’t given him enough minutes in the Premier League to prove it. Hopefully we can start giving him more minutes very soon,” promised the Blues coach.
