It's not just paintings, silverware, and antique furniture that are sold by auctioneers. THE apartments et houses are also sold to auction. Of the real estate transactions often synonymous with good deals.

While an apartment of 58 ^m2 is on sale at €20,000 at Ploërmel (Morbihan), two houses of the territory are also the subject of judicial sales.

Three bedrooms and a double garage in Réminiac

The first property to be seized is located in the town of Reminiac.

The house of approximately 115 m² includes an entrance, a main room with open fitted and equipped kitchen, a pantry, an office, three bedroomstwo toilets, one garage double as well as a garden with terrace.

Starting price: 120 000€.

The visits will take place on Tuesday January 7, 2025 between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., under the supervision of SARL Celta Bailiffs, commissioners of justice in Vannes.

A 115m2 house in Saint-Malo-des-Trois-Fontaines

HAS Saint-Malo-des-Trois-Fontainesa property of 114.9m² is also for sale at 11, Bos-baran location.

The house priced 113 000€ consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a stairwell, a mezzanine, two bedrooms and two toilets.

Visits are scheduled for January 9, 2025 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

These two properties will be auctioned by the Vannes judicial court Tuesday January 21, 2025. The hearing, in which only lawyers can participate to represent the buyers, will start at 10 a.m.
