Up to 20 cm of snow expected at altitude, Alsace placed on yellow snow-ice alert

Alsace is placed on yellow snow-ice alert. Up to 20 cm of snow are expected this Thursday evening at altitude around 800 meters. Traffic is difficult from 700 meters, indicates the European Community of Alsace, especially in the Vosges passes.
